10 Rappers We Want To See In GTA 6, Ranked

From mob bosses to partners-in-crime, these rappers would make GTA 6 even better.

With every passing day, the newest entry in the GTA series gets closer and closer. As more info trickles out—and with the Nov. 19, 2026 release date—we can only start to imagine what kind of characters, missions, and chaos Rockstar Games has in store. Since the concept of GTA 6 is set to closely mirror real life, we wouldn’t be surprised to see a few cameos from rappers.

Here are the 10 rappers we want to see in GTA 6, ranked.

Note: Some of these artists have already appeared in video games, so it’s a perfect fit!

10. Don Toliver

The JACKBOYS are known for their infectious energy, and for the last few years, Don Toliver has been at the head of the pack. Every time he drops, you know you’re in for a wild ride.

Imagine a mission where you get into it with a rival gang as a member of the HARDSTONE PSYCHOS. Sounds like an easy move to make.

9. Tyler the Creator

As we mentioned, GTA’s whole thing is larger-than-life antics and luxurious living, underscored by pure chaos and nonsense—a perfect environment for Tyler. Have you ever seen any of his live performances or music videos?

And while he’s a bit more chill and mature now, we’re sure there’s still that Loiter Squad side to him that’s perfect for video game entertainment.

8. Future

It’s GTA. Putting rappers in the game as an exaggeration of their real life roles is the plan here. Now, insert Future, who reportedly doesn’t even do drugs, he just raps about them…

Doesn’t that sound like the perfect character to play a lavish drug kingpin? Shit, he could damn near be the final boss. Purple mansion explodes in the background as you drive off. Roll credits.

7. Lil Uzi Vert

Uzi’s rockstar lifestyle makes them a perfect candidate for a GTA 6 cameo, as there is nothing we can’t imagine them doing. Rockstar’s newest entry into the Grand Theft Auto series will play like a million games in one, so where would Uzi fit in best?

Dance battles. No question. Dance Dance Revolution-style competitions to unlock their best fits and accessories? Let’s do it. We wanna rock.

6. Kodak Black

With GTA 6 being based in a fictional recreation of Florida, who better to be a featured character in the game than Kodak Black? Yak would easily make the world feel more lived-in, giving a sense of realism to all the chaos and shenanigans.

In fact, an official GTA 6 trailer features a character that heavily resembles Kodak. And it’s not just a slight similarity. The tattoos are incredibly close, and even the style of the chains he has one. We’ll have to wait for more details on that, though.

5. Young Thug

Young Thug and GTA 6 would go together like girls and dirty Air Force 1s at Coachella. No matter which era of Thug you choose—from Barter 6 to So Much Fun to Punk, he would fit in perfectly.

This is especially true if they went all in on customization. Every mission you interact with Thugger, you could unlock one of his signature hairstyles or outfits? Maybe we shouldn’t be giving these great ideas away for free…

4. Travis Scott

Travis Scott is the perfect candidate for a GTA 6 character. Anything that’s possible in the game, it’s incredibly easy to think “Yeah, I could see Trav doing that.”

Just go check out music videos like “SICKO MODE” and “FE!N.” Then, go take a look at some of his biggest concerts, especially since the UTOPIA era. It’s clear that nothing’s off the table when it comes to LaFlame.

3. Yeat

Yeat has, recently, jumped into the more grandiose side of things. Rather than the lowkey style he came with pre-2093, ADL Yeat is one for the theatrics.

Remember his promo that was a nod to the Sopranos? The one where his arm was hanging out the back of a taxi? Those kinds of antics would fit perfectly in GTA’s world.

2. NBA YoungBoy

The larger-than-life, “anything is possible” approach is present in both video games and rap, and YB is a great example of the latter. Plus, he might be the hottest rapper on the planet.

With tracks like “Shot Callin,” “Kick Yo Door,” and “Beam Effect,” seeing him reenact the lyrics in GTA or a movie—rather than get in trouble with the law—would be the best of both worlds.

1. Playboi Carti

GTA 6 isn’t all guns and street life. If it takes anything from GTA 5 and builds on it, there will be endless parties and clubs as well—the perfect environment for King Vamp himself.

Imagine a mission where you have to help promo an afterparty for a Carti concert, with “TOXIC (ft. Skepta)” bumping in the background. We’d definitely be down for that.
