Numerous Eminem Tracks Got Leaked Online

Including an old diss track aimed at Ja Rule and Suge Knight.

With his first album, Infinite, dropping in 1996, Eminem has been a force in the rap game for decades. Along with releasing twelve studio albums, the rapper has 15 Grammys to match and a continuously running list of chart achievements.

With all this time under his belt in the hip-hop world, it’s not surprising that he has numerous unreleased tracks. However, someone recently decided to take matters into their own hands and release nearly 30 of these songs into the world — and Eminem and his team are not happy about it.

Will the real leaker please stand up?

The leaked songs include demos of recent tracks like “Discombobulated” and “Little Train,” along with collaborations with artists like Anderson .Paak, 50 Cent, and Dr. Dre. A standout track in the leak, though, is a diss record aimed at Ja Rule and Suge Knight from decades ago titled “Smack You.”

“I’m holding Suge responsible for the deaths of the two greatest rappers to ever grace the face of this planet … If only the late, great Mr. Christopher Wallace could talk, He could tell you himself, I’m holding Suge responsible for the death of Ja Rule or anyone else down with Tha Row…” Eminem spits on the song.

The songs were swiftly removed from YouTube and other social media platforms. On January 14, Eminem’s longtime spokesperson, Dennis Dennehy, issued a statement to XXL about the situation.

“These leaked songs were studio efforts never meant for public consumption… demos, experiments, and ideas that are dated and not relevant so many years later … The latest in a line of unfinished material released against artists’ will and without their permission,” the statement said.

However, frequent Eminem collaborator and Aftermath producer FredWreck decided to take a much more threatening approach in a since-deleted post on X.

Eminem hasn’t personally responded yet to the leaks, but fans online are still riding by his side and showing support for the leaks’ shutdown online.
