Karrahbooo’s Split From Concrete Boys Just Got Messy

Lil Yachty announced her departure from the group but fans have other theories.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Karrahbooo (also known as Karrah Schuster) originally started as an assistant for Lil Yachty in 2022. He eventually fired her the same year so she could pursue creative endeavors. Her childhood dream was to be an actress, but being around Lil Yachty and his crew inspired her to try her hand at rapping.

Her first song, “Money Counter,” solidified her status as not only a rapper to watch but also a key member of Yachty’s rap collective Concrete Boys.

Her status as the first lady of the group only became more solid once she dropped her On the Radar freestyle during the “Concrete Cypher.” With her smooth voice over a saxophone-studded beat, what’s not to love?

However, not long after Lil Yachty officially unveiled his Concrete Boys label and sent the group on tour, Karrahbooo allegedly packed her bags for good.

Fans start sensing something’s off

Speculation first started about Karrahbooo dipping when fans on social media began to notice that she was unfollowing members of the group. Leaving no stone unturned, she unfollowed Lil Yachty, Camo!, Dc2trill, Draft Day, and Gio (she isn’t a rapper but is still included in the family).

Fans also noticed that her Instagram handle was removed from the official Concrete Boys bio. However, her name is still “CONCRETE KB” on the app.

To make everything even weirder, Lil Yachty and the Concrete Boys performed at Broccoli Fest in D.C. on July 27. While her lookalike Gio was smoking in the back of the stage, Karrahbooo was nowhere to be found, to the disappointment of many fans.

She took to socials to throw shade at the situation, with X user mar in a July 28 post stating that the rapper was “reposting all the people at broccoli fest asking where she’s at…”

Lil Yachty eventually responded to all of the speculation the same day with a post of his own, saying “yall be letting this internet guide yall. in real life shit is different i’m tellin u.” However, it isn’t that different because he eventually confirmed what the fans had already figured out online.

Lil Yachty confirms Karrahbooo’s departure

While on Instagram Live addressing his comments on NY fashion, he announced the news that Karrahbooo was no longer going to be with the Concrete Boys.

“I’m going to say this s*** one time. We have split ways with Karrah as far as this Concrete s***. I have nothing bad to say [or] nothing negative to say about Karrah. I wish her the best in her career and that’s that,” he said during the livestream.

Lil Yachty Releases a “STRIKE” on Karrahbooo

On August 22, via IG Live, Lil Yachty decided to not just let the choppa sing on his friend and A Safe Place co-host Mitch (the podcast is now canceled) but Karrahbooo as well.

Earlier that day, a Red Lobster employee posted that Karrahbooo had come into their workplace. When asked why she left Concrete Boys, she had a different story than Lil Yachty’s initial announcement.

The post from the Red Lobster employee going viral allegedly provoked the free smoke on Lil Yachty’s IG live. He let off a stream of accusations, stating that Karrahbooo “verbally abused” people, he helped style her, gave her her jewelry, and she now owes him $900,000.

“We bought a Cartier watch. I gave you that chrome Rolex, bro. You was waiting tables… What are we talking about n****? I changed your motherf****** life and you are here lying, talking about some: ‘We bully you’… You tell people you’re going to spit on them. You tell people they poor and you talk to my f****** label crazy. You claim I was stealing money,” he said on the stream.

However, the moment that set social media ablaze was when Lil Yachty said that not only did he write all of Karrahbooo’s verses, but that he also wrote her On The Radar freestyle, which helped put her on the map in the first place.

Talking about that specific performance, he said that he “slowed the beat down, I put 808s specifically on your verse so when it got to your part and the beat dropped, everyone would be like, ‘this girl is the craziest one.”

He even leaked the reference track he used to create the viral moment online.

Some people think that Lil Yachty’s IG live was a worldwide crash out, with X user Daysb4Ken in an August 22 post stating that they “think we all need to start and realize yachty has became a egotistical loser all the shi I seen on him today is bad.”

Meanwhile, others came to his defense, stating that it was about time that she got checked. “Crazy how Karrah can talk crazy and throw shots but the minute he say something, he’s a loser,” X user Jay said in an August 22 post.

Karrahboo Responds

In an Instagram story on August 24, Karrahbooo responded by circling the streaming numbers of her two songs, “Running Late” and “WHERE YO DADDY?” with a message of her own.

“Put it on yo kid that I ain’t write these songs miles … stop the cap and leave me out of your internet shenanigans … stop bullying me big dawg, I never said nothing u letting random fans get in yo head man up,” she said in her post.

While she didn’t point out the freestyle that Yachty said that he wrote for her, she still had more to say that day. Performing at Pepsi Dig In Day in Chicago, Karrahbooo asked the crowd, “Who ain’t write it? Who ain’t write it?” when performing “Running Late” live.

Their beef is only getting uglier, with Lil Yachty posting on August 25 to not “throw rocks and then hide your hand.”

Karrahbooo, unlike Lil Boat, decided to address him directly, stating that she “will never be the same” and that she “never threw rocks and u have my number u big grown b**** leave me alone literally.” This seems to be the end of their back-and-forth (for now).
