Rob49 doubled down this month — both on the music and the business. On May 9, he officially launched his VULTURE MODE record label, a joint venture with SLANG, the indie label and publisher. Its first signee, Moskino, is set to drop his debut project, Kings of the Underground, on June 6.
Meanwhile, he kept the heat on his viral single “WTHELLY” by teasing a wild remix lineup: Latto, G Herbo, and — for better or worse — Justin Bieber. As if that weren’t enough, he also dropped a massive 22-track album, Let Me Fly, on May 23, featuring heavyweights like Quavo, Meek Mill, Lil Wayne, and Polo G. One thing’s clear: Rob49 is making some serious moves.
