TDE Responds to Kai Cenat’s Super Bowl Claims

We might not get the Kendrick x Kai stream after all.

Kendrick Lamar might have broken Super Bowl records with his halftime performance, but that doesn’t mean everyone was a fan. Whether they were expecting more spectacle or additional special guests, numerous people online sounded more like Samuel L. Jackson’s “Uncle Sam” than Lamar fans.

One of the people who called out K. Dot’s performance is Kai Cenat, the streamer who once threw up gang signs while listening to “Not Like Us.”

Kai Cenat says the crowd’s enthusiasm was cap

During a recent stream, Cenat shared his thoughts on attending the Super Bowl, including Lamar’s performance. While viewers at home could hear the crowd scream “A minor” at the top of their lungs, the streamer says it wasn’t as loud as you may think.

“If anybody was there, y’all felt it. Crowd was making no noise… But what I will say is, the symbolism behind that performance was top tier,” he said. Drake, of course, in his usual sneaky bag, apparently liked a video of the streamer talking about the alleged audience volume.

Other POVs from the viral moment beg to differ, with users on X calling out Cenat for allegedly lying, and now TDE has responded as well.

TDE has words for Kai

According to TDE manager HWood, Cenat had negative comments about Lamar’s performance because he allegedly “didn’t [get] access to dot suite!!! lol… I was there thats what it is!! Lol.”

Cenat hasn’t responded yet to HWood’s comments, but one thing is for sure — Lamar is not the one to mess with.

Even legends like Serena Williams (seen crip walking in the Super Bowl performance) said during the 2024 ESPYS that if she had “learned anything this year, it’s that none of us—not a single one of us, not even me—should ever pick a fight with Kendrick Lamar.”

The chance of us getting a stream with Cenat and Lamar together is slim now. Hopefully, the streamer can escape without the Compton native coming for him on wax.
