The Most Iconic Coachella Headliner Setlists Ever, Ranked

Many legends have taken Coachella by storm, but who performed the most back-to-back hits?

Even with the social media and content craze of the 2020s, going to Coachella and seeing some of the biggest artists in the world is a spectacle. Many legends have graced the stage(s) over the years. But, looking back, who had the most memorable setlist in Coachella history?

Well, we took a look at them all and listed them below! Here are the most iconic Coachella headliner setlists ever, ranked.

10. Outkast (2014)

In 2014, Big Boi and André 3000 hit the desert for one of the most anticipated reunions ever. After nearly a decade of not performing together, their Coachella set —while a little awkward at times—gave fans a great showcase of their legendary discography. (And the second weekend cast all of that awkwardness aside.)

Tracks they performed include: “B.O.B.,” “Rosa Parks,” “Ms. Jackson,” “The Way You Move,” “Southerplayalisticadillacmuzik,” and “Int’l Player’s Anthem.” See their full setlist here.

9. Kid Cudi (2019)

Cudi’s 2019 setlist wasn’t massive in performance length, but each and every track was one of his best. Not to mention, he kicked it off with Ye at his side, performing multiple tracks from their ‘KIDS SEE GHOSTS’ collab album. Call him Mr. Rager or The Man on The Moon, Cudi was the man in the desert.

Tracks he performed include: “Father Stretch My Hands (w/ Ye),” “Ghost Town (w/ Ye),” “Just What I Am,” “Erase Me,” “Day N’ Nite,” and “Pursuit of Happiness.”

8. Tyler, the Creator (2024)

Just as much as he’s known for his album-making ability, Tyler is notorious for putting on an incredible liveshow. And, of course, he put his best foot forward for Coachella. Bringing a blend of his most recent release ‘CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST: The Estate Sale’ and even some older tracks with Earl Sweatshirt, he put on a hell of a show.

Tracks Tyler performed included: “WUSYANAME,” “I THINK,” “SORRY NOT SORRY,” “Who Dat Boy,” “AssMilk (w/ Earl),” “EARFQUAKE,” and “See You Again.” See his full setlist here.

7. Ye / Kanye West (2019)

Every live event featuring Ye is entirely unique in both his approach and the energy he brings. 2019’s Coachella set was centered around the Sunday Service Choir, with Ye and the 50-person ensemble going through Gospel covers of his discography—along with legendary tracks across music history.

Tracks Ye and the Sunday Service Choir played include: “Outstanding (Gap Band Cover),” “Otis,” “Never Would Have Made It (w/ Teyana Taylor,” “All Falls Down,” “Ultralight Beam (w/ Chance The Rapper),” and “Jesus Walks.” See his full setlist here.

6. Travis Scott (2025)

Another legend of the live show, Travis Scott’s combination of visuals and energy is second to none. And, while it’s well-known information, it’s still (somehow) possible to forget just how many certified hits Trav has. That said, his 2025 Coachella set definitely served as a stunning reminder.

Tracks in Travis Scott’s setlist included: “BUTTERFLY EFFECT,” “Antidote,” “HIGHEST IN THE ROOM,” “FE!N” (multiple times), “SICKO MODE,” and “goosebumps.”

5. Drake (2015)

After dropping ‘If You’re Reading This, It’s Too Late’ in Feb 2015, Drake’s notoriety as a hitmaker went up another level. While he always had tracks that would do numbers, it was easily the most energetic Drake up until that point. Sprinkling those tracks in with his earlier classics created one of the most memorable setlists we’ve seen so far.

Tracks he played include: “Legend,” “Headlines,” “Crew Love,” “Worst Behavior,” “Marvin’s Room,” “All Me,” “10 Bands,” and “Started From The Bottom.” See his full setlist here.

4. Frank Ocean (2023)

To this day, Frank Ocean is one of the most mysterious and eclectic artists in the world, and his 2023 Coachella setlist doubled down on that notion. He has multiple absolute classic tracks, along with deep cuts that incorporate so many different elements that you never know how he’ll go about presenting them. And he did all of the above to the peak of his abilities, including a Jersey club section of some of his discography.

Tracks he performed include: “Novacane,” “White Ferrari,” “Pink + White,” “Lost,” “Provider,” “No Church In The Wild,” “Self Control,” “Nights,” and “At Your Best (You Are Love).” See his full setlist here.

3. Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg ft. Tupac’s Hologram (2012)

Snoop & Dre didn’t just hit the Coachella stage hard, they brought some friends along for the ride. And by “some,” we just mean many of the biggest artists of all-time, like 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa, Eminem, and Kendrick Lamar. They also did this little thing where they used a hologram of Tupac, allowing him to perform some of his biggest hits as well. But ya know, no big deal.

Tracks performed by Dre, Snoop & Friends included: “Next Episode,” “Gin & Juice,” “Nuthin but a G Thang,” “Young, Wild & Free,” “The Recipe,” “In Da Club,” “California Love,” “Hail Mary,” “Till I Collapse,” “Who Am I? (What’s My Name?),” and “Still D.R.E.” See their full setlist here.

2. Beyoncé (2018)

It’s hard to really put into words just how big Bey’s Coachella set was. Thankfully, she—and the Beyhive — took it upon themselves to make it easier on us. Beychella was one of the most deeply choreographed, thought-out, and intense Coachella performances of all time. The marching band elements, combined with seamlessly blending multiple tracks across black music, easily put it among the best setlists in festival history.

Oh, and she brought out Destiny’s Child, as the icing on an already perfect cake.

Tracks Beyoncé performed include: “Crazy In Love,” “Formation,” “Drunk In Love,” “Flawless,” “Baby Boy,” “Countdown,” “Déjà Vu,” “Lose My Breath,” “Say My Name,” “Single Ladies,” and “Love On Top.” See her full setlist here.

1. Ye / Kanye West (2011)

From the Céline shirt and the Nike Air Yeezy 2s, to the stage design and lighting, Ye’s 2011 Coachella set is the one. Back in the limelight after the situations that eventually led to ‘My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy,’ Ye put on a show that arguably started his ascent to the “greatest living rockstar” ideology he holds now. Nearly every single song he played would go on to be an undeniable hit, and along with the classics already under his belt, he performed the most memorable Coachella setlist of all-time.

Tracks Ye performed in his 2011 Coachella setlist include: “Power,” “Jesus Walks,” “Can’t Tell Me Nothing,” “Monster,” “Flashing Lights,” “Good Life,” “Heartless,” “Through The Wire,” “All Falls Down,” “Touch The Sky,” “All Of The Lights,” “Stronger,” “Runaway,” and “Hey Mama.”
