According to RapUp, Drake may be expanding his real estate portfolio after recently leasing and taking residence in a $65 million dollar Beverly Hills home, though the rapper has not confirmed that he is interested in buying. With the extravagant price tag, the Certified Lover Boy will enjoy an outrageous 18,000 square feet of floor space with all of the extras, including a spiral staircase, a movie theater and marble atrium entryway.
The home, built in 2021, sits on expansive acreage with an olympic size swimming lane, a wellness center – that includes a sauna and steam room – and stunning views of Los Angeles.
The home is located in the lavish Trousdale Estates neighborhood of 90210. Drake’s crib should none-the-less stand out, featuring a 20-foot stone wall waterfall that spills into his dramatic winding moat. Further, neighbor’s might be envious when they see Drake shading under a 15 foot olive tree that was imported from Italy while sipping on one of 2,000 bottles of wine from his wine cellar.
If Drake invites someone in, they would struggle not to notice the furnishings including Minotti furniture, a custom kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and pricey artwork including a Baltasar Lobo sculpture and multimillion dollar George Condo painting.
The rental is named “Elementi” and is less than one hour away from Drake’s famous “YOLO Estate.”
