This year’s Presidential election has everyone on edge and worried about what the future holds for our country. In recent events, 50 Cent has openly broadcasted his fears across all social media platforms reaching millions of his fans and more with his message and reasons why he would leave the country. This would be largely dependent on the candidate that gets elected and 50 cent is ready to dip out of the USA if Joe Biden is elected President of The United States. What seems to be concerning 50 Cent the most is Biden’s tax plan and that is enough for him to go all out to try and stop it. Here’s how 50 Cent is reacting to the situation.
50 Cent went on Instagram and encouraged over 20 million of his followers to go out and vote for Trump. His posts have been focused purely on Biden’s tax plan and how he thinks the 62% tax on those who make over $400,000 is ridiculous and he will not stand for it. 50 Cent is furious with this proposition so much so that he went on to say “I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya f****** mind”. This raises the question of whether or not 50 Cent has the people voting in mind, especially most of his fans that probably do not make over $400,000 every year. There aren’t many individuals in the hip hop industry that are advocating for trump; however, he has joined the likes of Kanye West who has been a trump supporter for quite some time now. These two powerful figures in the industry have millions of followers and it will be interesting to see how their influence may change the hearts and minds of American Citizens.
Fear of Being 20 Cent
Nobody wants their taxes to be raised and that’s totally understandable. The financial disruption that this would cause 50 Cent could make him 20 Cent in the near future and that is exactly what he wants to avoid. His plan is to get out of dodge if that 62% comes around to threaten his bag. No doubt that’s a scary number for anyone and he might not be the only person that falls under the same tax bracket that is making plans to move out of the country if Joe Biden is elected.
