Chris Brown has a steady schedule of live performances, rehearsals and dancing to do that all requires an amazing amount endurance. Dancing can’t do all the heavy lifting for him in the stamina department.  For strength building and to accelerate his stamina, Chris Brown has to hit the cardiovascular side of his exercise routine pretty hard.  It has been well-documented that Chris Brown is known for running for miles.
